55-minute sessions for athletes who are just starting off, maybe you need a little kick start back into fitness, or you want something fresh and challenging to take you to the next level. Either way I can help you achieve your goals with programming personalized to your specific goals. If any limitations are presented, I will work around them to guarantee a safe and effective workout.

Small Group

(2-6 Athletes)

55-minute shared sessions for all athletes. Stipulations here, you must have at least a year’s experience in working out or have graduated from my 1 on 1 personal training (I feel confident you can execute most to all major lifts bench press, squats, deadlifts and overhead press with proper form). Works like 1 on 1 personalized programming but executed in a group setting. You get a cheaper rate per session allowing you to possibly see me more often and the programming is still structured to crush your personalized fitness goals. Each athlete will have their own set of exercises and will not be slowed down by anyone in the group. If any limitations are presented, I will work around them to guarantee a safe and effective workout.

Large Group

(15+ Athletes)

With LESMILLS’s trusted researched based workouts, classes are for everyone no matter where you are in your fitness journey. These workouts are structured for large group settings moving as one towards their fitness goals. My TEAM will provide options that will suit your level to make you feel challenged and leave feeling accomplished.

HIIT BOOTCAMPS will be 55-minute workouts programmed by the owner, Joe Fuentes. Structured for large group settings moving as one towards their fitness goals HIIT BOOTCAMP classes will ALWAYS start with a 15-minute dynamic warm-up. Athletes will use body weight exercises, dumbbells, kettlebells and resistance bands just to name a few to execute a HIIT workout. Programming will be made suitable to your fitness level. Examples of progression will be demonstrated for each exercise that way you chose the option that not only suits you but challenges. Class will end with a 10-minute cool-down.
